Description

Adults can learn to sail, too! This class is for adults interested in learning to sail, becoming more comfortable steering a boat, as well as moving toward skippering or crewing in a race. Skills learned include:

• Basic boat parts

• Points of Sail

• Rigging

• Basic Boat handling

Instructors build on sailors’ prior knowledge with each session.

Dates

Adult classes run Monday-Wednesday of the session week from 5:30 - 7:30 PM.

Week 1: June 8-10

Week 3: June 22 - 24

Week 5: July 6 - 8

Week 7: July 20-22

Week 10: August 10-12
