Many years ago, I started sailing on an Optimus Pram through the Spring Lake Junior Sailing Association and have grown to love the sport! Currently, I race C420s for Hope College, in addition to racing my Laser and C-Scow on summer weekends at SLYC. My racing experience extends to larger sailboats, including the Melges 24 and multiple keelboats. I am also a U.S. Sailing Certified Level 1 instructor.
